Pretty much like Eagle Eye that starring Shia Labeouf and Michelle Monaghan, Wargames – The Dead Code also tells about supercomputer named R.I.P.L.E.Y. By taking control over the Predator (Unmaned Ariel Vehicle – UAV),  R.I.P.L.E.Y build to destroy the enemy (terrorist) by Washington D.C goverment calculate the possibility of enemy by dropping a bomb right on the exact location of the terrorist.

Will Farmer (cast by Matt Lanter) is a online gaming enthusiast and also a hacker, at the beginning of the film he create a device that divert the call number undetected by the caller. One day, Farmer decided to follow some kind of chess tour (because girl of course, not the chess) at cost of $550. So, he play some online game to earn more money. But, it turns out his online gaming is monitorize by R.I.P.L.E.Y and define him as a terrorist suspect.

What would a teenager enthusiast online game do that chasing by secret agent? Run, of course. But, at the end of the movie, turns out that Will Farmer is the only hope before R.I.P.L.E.Y destroy the Washington D.C using some kind of biological weapon.
