Neill Blomkamp the director who had success with the District 9 will again make his latest film, entitled Elysium.

Some time ago, the teaser trailer was released to the internet.

In a mysterious teaser trailer opens with two men who discovered the horrific animal figure resembling a pig, die horribly on the roadside. Once checked, the animal has sharp teeth in his mouth and have a lot of leg. In the animal body there is rubber stamp that read ’18 .12 AGM Heartland USA Pat Pend ‘or known as’ U.S. Inspected And Approved’. Presumably the animal is the result of secret government experiment that failed.

The actor reportedly Sharlto Copley was previously in District 9 will join the project Elysium.

Deadline to preach that Blomkamp are targeting Matt Damon as the main actor. However, there has been no further confirmation about the involvement of Damon in this movie

Elysium will take the setting 150 years in the future by incorporating social and political issues which are covered with Hollywood action film. Blomkamp has also selected two South African cities and not one of them.

Elysium will be released in 2012.
