In a film called Never Say Never, Justin Bieber said that his film will help young people realize that ‘the sky has limits’ and that they can achieve their goals if they work hard. Justin Bieber believes that the first film will be inspiring. Later, Miley Cyrus is rumored to be present as a cameo in this film. The film is scheduled to be released in February 2011 in the United States and will feature several Bieber concerts  during the year 2010.

“I want people to know there are a lot of people are discouraged in life and say that you can not do anything. But you must remember that the ‘sky has limits’, “he told MTV.
