To be exact, the official title is, The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn.

Paramount Pictures and Columbia Pictures finally released the first poster and trailer of the film’s most advanced CGI animation awaited the end of this year, The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn.

The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn tells of a young Belgian reporter named Tintin and a brave dog, Snowy around the world to deliver the best story through his adventures.

Directed by Steven Spielberg, this film uses 3D animation with motion-capture technology, a technology that uses human models into 3D animation. Tintin will be played by Jamie Bell, Thompson and Thompson, twin detectives played by Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, (Joe Starr), Captain Haddock played by Andy Serkis, Silk played by Toby Jones, Red Rackham played by Daniel Craig.

The film is directed will be released 23 December 2011. The Adventures of Tintin around the world will begin December 23, 2011.
