Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures has finally released the first pictures of Henry Cavill as Superman in “Man of Steel”. Superman’s new costume looks different this time with the earlier and more detailed. Overall, this picture looks incredible.
Superman “Man of Steel” is a reboot that would tell the beginning where Superman came from and when the baby Kal-El was first stranded on Smallville and cared for her adoptive parents, Jonathan and Martha Kent. One time, disturbed the peace of the earth began with the arrival of the outer planets criminals led by General Zod (Michael Shannon) and assisted by a loyal bodyguard, Faora (Antje Traue) who want to destroy the earth and kill Superman in retaliation for the attitude of Superman’s real father, Jor -El who had imprisoned them.
Man of Steel starring Henry Cavill role as Clark Kent / Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Diane Lane and Kevin Costner as a parent Clark Kent / Superman, Martha and Jonathan Kent.
Charles Roven, Emma Thomas, Christopher Nolan and Deborah Snyder will be produced “Man of Steel”, while Zack Snyder become the director. Legendary Pictures will release “Man of Steel” in June 14, 2013.
Talk about Henry Cavill’s preparation for becoming Superman, Here is what he said as quoted from TotalFilm,
“I’m on 5000 calories a day… You’ve got to eat protein first, then a little bit of carbs…you’ve gotta keep your hunger levels going. I’m training two and a half hours a day, pushing my body beyond its normal limits, putting on a lot of muscle mass and just making myself look like Superman.”
Cavill admitted his first reaction when he wearing a Superman costume is laughing,
“They just put it on, I turned around and look in the mirror and you can’t really play it cool – you sort of guffaw and laugh. I thought ‘OK, holy hell, this is real, it’s not a joke anymore. This is it…you’re doing it, you’re right in the middle of it.’”
